Proposal
A specific UN institution on animal protection can have, for instance, the acronym UNAP (UN Animal Protection) or the UNAW (UN Animal Welfare). Under the term "protection", the first acronym option would have a broader effect on being able to gather together both objectives, i.e.: the conservation (of animal species) and the welfare (of animal individuals).
