Proposal
More UN coherency on animal protection can mean closer cooperation between its relevant organizations. This is the view of the FAO, the UNFCCC, the CBD (UNEP) and UNESCO* on animal issues. For example, protecting children against shocking entertainment would raise the need for there to be an age limit to attend a bullfight anywhere in the world where such events still take place.
