Becky Jenkins
LLB (Trinity College Dublin School of Law)
Becky Jenkins comes from a small town in the South East of Ireland called Wexford. She holds an LLB from Trinity College Dublin School of Law. After graduating, she worked for the Green Party of Ireland, a progressive political party focused on social justice. After receiving the Animal Law Ambassador Award from Lewis and Clark Law School, Becky moved to Portland to pursue studies for her Animal Law LLM, this program is the first degree of its kind in the world.
Becky is interested by many areas of animal law but is particularly interested in the intersection of animal issues with other social justice issues and human rights. Becky is also very interested in food law and policy.
