His mandate focuses on advising and supporting companies, foundations, associations, university institutes as well as public administration offices in the development, review and implementation of their mission statements, strategies, core and support processes. He brings over twenty years of experience in organizational development, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility/CSR.

Together with his BHP colleagues, he assists clients in the development and implementation of leadership and employee development programs and stakeholder interaction. The conception, implementation, moderation and documentation of dialog processes and international conferences is another of his core competencies.

Prior to joining BHP, Thomas Streiff headed the sustainability coordination unit at the globally active Swiss Re, where he also worked as a risk expert for several years. In total, he spent four years as a technical advisor and coordinator of agricultural projects in India and Tanzania. He calls the latter his 2nd home. So it may come as no surprise that he regularly travels to this country not only with his family but also with friends and acquaintances who have been infected by his Africa virus as part of his guided background tours.
