Proposal
To nurse common understanding on the non-use or very restricted use of animals for human purposes within the society. It integrates everyone from policemen to state attorneys and high judges, from politicians and authorities, from animal owners, animal welfare and animal rights organizations, to their politicians, lobbyist and national legislators.

This utopian idea on national education exists in an ever-warming, friendly atmosphere and where society believes in a human-animal-friendly nation. A humane attitude to animals grows into a humane attitude to human beings. Animals play an important role for a more humane society in a nation as a whole.
