Better inform people about the possibilities that they have when they see animals abused. There is already in the USA a great tool which enables people to report animal cruelty cases they witness to the Police with their smartphones. This kind of tool is extremely interesting and may be an efficient way to report animal cruelty cases and, in the end, reduce the number of such animal cruelty cases.
