Jean-Marc Neumann

Jean-Marc Neumann is a lawyer and works also as a free-lance consultant in Strategy and regulation of animal protection. He graduated from the universities of Strasbourg and Lille.

He is the Founder and Editor of the web page www.animaletdroit.com, which provides regular information, studies and news regarding Animal Law worldwide. He initiated and is the executive Secretary & Coordinator of the European Group of Animal Law Studies (EGALS). He is also a member of the Animal Law Committee of the American Bar Association.

He has served during several years as Vice-Chairman, trustee and former scientific board member of an NGO dedicated to animal law. His dedication to animal law is demonstrated in several articles which have been published in France and abroad, in interviews given to the medias and in participating to conferences either as Chair or as speaker.
