Stephanie O' Flynn (BA (Hons) in Legal Studies with Business, LL.M) is currently a Ph.D. Candidate in the School of Law in the National University of Ireland, Galway. Her area of research is on the granting of legal rights to animals. She has a keen interest in all areas of animal law including animal rights theory, EU and comparative animal protection law and WTO law and its impact on animal welfare.
