Lena Hehemann
Working at the Institute for European Law at the University of Fribourg as a research assistant
Lena Hehemann is a phd candidate at the Law Faculty of the University of Fribourg. Her research focusses on the animal testing law in Switzerland, Germany and Austria with an emphasis on the authorisation procedure. Ms. Hehemann holds a B.LL. with a specialisation on (international) environmental law, energy law and public international law. She also holds a LL.M. in international environmental law and natural resources law. In her master-thesis she discussed the international legal framework concerning the protection of sharks.
