Provision:

Section 9(a)(v)

Nothing in or done under a law shall be considered to be inconsistent with this section to the extent that the law makes provision for deprivation of property where it is reasonably necessary to do so because the property, or some other property, is or may be in a dangerous state or injuries [sic] to the health of humans, animals or plants.
